I suffer from a few things, so was curious to see if any triggers could be identified using this test. Whilst instructions, communication etc were exemplary, I can't help feeling a little disappointed with my results. Yes, I received a very comprehensive list of things I am possibly intolerant to, but after each section, there is a conclusion section. These sections are merely information on eating healthy and being sensible, whereas I expected a more personalised analysis of the things they'd identified as triggers. Also, one of the things I know for a fact makes me feel rubbish, is Ginger, which surprisingly got a green dot on my report, so make of that what you will.Overall, I would say it's OK, but don't expect anything earth shattering.
