Alice was amazing and kept the whole experience afloat and sorting out the computer glitches, without her I wonder would we have had results. We now finally have downloaded our results. The computer system and database seems like it is not functioning as efficiently as it could do. After an exchange of several emails we got our results, but the system would not let us register!
