I ordered a food intolerance test from this company on the 6th of April, hoping it would give me some clarity and help with ongoing health concerns. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.The test kit didn’t arrive until more than three weeks after my order, which was already concerning. Once it finally arrived, I followed all the instructions and sent off my hair sample immediately. It’s now the 5th of May and I’ve yet to receive any test results.Even worse, I’ve sent multiple emails to the company asking for updates and received no reply at all. For something that wasn’t cheap, I expected at the very least basic communication — let alone the actual service I paid for.This entire process has left me disheartened. I put my trust in this company, hoping it would help me understand my body better, but instead I feel completely let down. I would strongly urge others to be cautious before purchasing from here.
