No complaints at all. Very comprehensive list of results for the full kit (bought during summer sale so a bargain for such vast information). It has been eye-opening to see what I am sensitive or intolerant to.I received the results quickly from sending my test (about 1-2 working days after they received my hair sample). It is convenient that you can proceed with the test as soon as you have paid (no need to wait for them to send you something in the post) .I can understand some peoples' complaints about lack of clarity of instructions so maybe improve that in the event that people expect a test to be received.I also think it would be handy if you could add a freepost address to your service (and add the cost of postage) to the kit because I couldn't send mine for a couple of days due to the difficulty in getting to a Post Office to get a stamp.
