She offered a refund due to the delay, which I accepted, but I haven't received either my refund or my order. Attempts to email them have failed, as the domain is no longer active. I feel robbed and will have to report this to my bank's fraud department. We work hard for our money and trust businesses to act ethically. If you cannot fulfill orders, you should issue full refunds. This is disgraceful, and they should be ashamed.
