My money was taken!

I'm feeling terrible! I placed my order a week ago and inquired about the delivery timeline. The representative stated she couldn't promise anything as it was still at the factory. She offered a refund due to the delay, which I accepted, but I haven't received either my refund or my order. Attempts to email them have failed, as the domain is no longer active. I feel robbed and will have to report this to my bank's fraud department. We work hard for our money and trust businesses to act ethically. If you cannot fulfill orders, you should issue full refunds. This is disgraceful, and they should be ashamed.

Is the business closed?

I ordered some hijabs on August 20th, as their quality is good. I still haven't received them or any shipping details. When I tried to contact them via the provided email, it bounced back. I'm unsure of what to do now, but I suspect they might be out of business, and any further orders could be a scam, so be cautious.

Avoid this company

I do not recommend purchasing from this company. I ordered an abaya on June 30th and realized I had entered the wrong door number. I have emailed them numerous times but have received no response. The customer service is truly lacking.

No confirmation after 20 days

I ordered a niqab 20 days ago and still haven't received any confirmation that my order has been dispatched. My emails are being ignored, and my comments on social media asking for assistance are being deleted! This is unacceptable. I am very disappointed, especially since I paid a lot for shipping. I was previously a loyal customer, but after this experience, I won't be purchasing again.

Don't take the risk

I ordered several hijabs and finally received my order today, after 2.5 weeks. I received no tracking or dispatch emails, which caused me to panic and email them multiple times, to which they did not respond. It took several strongly worded emails to finally get a reply, stating that my order would be sent shortly, but I received nothing for five days. After more persistence, they dispatched my items. The hijabs are of great quality, but the company's service is lacking. There is no way to contact them effectively, and they discourage direct messages on social media. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from here.

No order, no refund, no communication.

I ordered a niqab at the end of April and received it on time, which was good. However, when I returned it for an exchange and inquired about my order, I received no response until June. They eventually told me the package was received and a replacement was sent, but I needed to pay an additional fee for the price difference. I asked for their bank details but received no response or package since mid-July. I've sent multiple emails with no reply. This is poor service management. I have neither received my order nor my refund, effectively losing my money. I have reported this to my bank's fraud department, which is unfortunate.

Quality has potential

I have ordered various items from a company annually without shipping issues, alhamdulilah. However, after reading numerous reviews about ignored emails and unprocessed refunds, I advise caution when requesting a refund or exchange. Always keep proof of shipping and be ready to contact your bank if necessary. I received an automated email stating my order was shipped, but I had no tracking information. When I finally received a response, my order had already arrived. Overall, their products are an improvement over cheap fast fashion, but quality varies. While some items are great, others have issues like loose buttons. I prefer to shop elsewhere for Islamic clothing as I find better alternatives.
