I ordered a niqab at the end of April and received it on time, which was good. However, when I returned it for an exchange and inquired about my order, I received no response until June. They eventually told me the package was received and a replacement was sent, but I needed to pay an additional fee for the price difference. I asked for their bank details but received no response or package since mid-July. I've sent multiple emails with no reply. This is poor service management. I have neither received my order nor my refund, effectively losing my money. I have reported this to my bank's fraud department, which is unfortunate.
