The customer service is appalling. I ordered an item with express delivery but never received it. I had to reach out through social media since they ignored my emails. They eventually replied to one email but then stopped. I had to report fraud to my bank because they wouldn't send my item or issue a refund. Two months later, they emailed me saying the item was out of stock and asked if I wanted something else. This is utterly ridiculous.
