I only retract a star because when I made my purchase of what was supposedly a one time purchase, it was a subscription. This was not made clear enough, and I can imagine those of an older generation, less familiar with online shopping, could be easily at loss due to this. However, this issue was resolved quickly and proficiently by customer service team member Carrie. She allowed me my one time purchase to still be put through as a gesture of good-will, something I don't imagine most brands would do, especially as I believe this discounted my price. I would also like to note, her message was composed very well, it's hard to feel cared about these days as a customer when the messages are so obviously AI or a copy and paste script. I understand the proficiency of this, but Carrie replied to me with speed and personalisation which I fail to see anymore. I was really happy with this service and would definitely return as a customer because this shows UKLash's high standards they have for their company and how they treat and respect their customers.
