Review Time
I ordered a brow serum on the 13th February. To this date, I have still not received my order. The Royal Mail tracking information will only provide information once delivery has been attempted. That’s rather useless, isn’t it?
It’s hard to actually speak to anyone directly at UK lash, and the AI email responses are utterly useless.
I will have to raise a chargeback with my bank if this isn’t sorted soon.
I was sceptical at first, but having ditched lash extensions after over 5 years, I thought I'd give the lash serum a chance. I purchased the gummies and lash serum bundle and have used consistently for a month and have noticed such a difference in my lashes! My lashes have grown longer and genuinely look thicker to the point I have had people ask if I have had lvl. I would really recommend giving it a go!
I only retract a star because when I made my purchase of what was supposedly a one time purchase, it was a subscription. This was not made clear enough, and I can imagine those of an older generation, less familiar with online shopping, could be easily at loss due to this. However, this issue was resolved quickly and proficiently by customer service team member Carrie. She allowed me my one time purchase to still be put through as a gesture of good-will, something I don't imagine most brands would do, especially as I believe this discounted my price. I would also like to note, her message was composed very well, it's hard to feel cared about these days as a customer when the messages are so obviously AI or a copy and paste script. I understand the proficiency of this, but Carrie replied to me with speed and personalisation which I fail to see anymore. I was really happy with this service and would definitely return as a customer because this shows UKLash's high standards they have for their company and how they treat and respect their customers.
I placed an order for my item, anticipating a delivery delay of several weeks. To my surprise, it arrived in under a week, even with the New Year holidays. I learned that a single dip of the brush gives enough coverage for both of my eyebrows.
What a remarkable company! I had an allergic reaction to the eye serum and mascara and reached out via email. The representative promptly refunded me and offered a free replacement of the sensitive serum and mascara. I was very impressed and look forward to using them, as I truly enjoy the products; the mascaras are fantastic!
I absolutely love the mascara! Once applied, it stays put in rain or sun, yet it's super easy to remove. The representative is wonderful to communicate with, and any questions or issues I had were addressed promptly. A great company to work with.
The product arrived promptly despite it being Christmas and numerous Bank Holidays. I haven't used this product before, so I can't speak to its performance. However, I have used a similar product with prostaglandin, which worked well for longer lashes, though it did cause my eyelids to turn purple, attracting comments from others!
