I ordered a brow serum on the 13th February. To this date, I have still not received my order. The Royal Mail tracking information will only provide information once delivery has been attempted. That’s rather useless, isn’t it?
It’s hard to actually speak to anyone directly at UK lash, and the AI email responses are utterly useless.
I will have to raise a chargeback with my bank if this isn’t sorted soon.
