Do not do any returns even if the product doesn’t work, you will receive pennies for your purchase! The tubing mascara is the worse! Please don’t waste your money. You will end up paying way more than the original price by returning it, just throw it in the trash!
To clarity- I return a set, the tubing mascara (which is horrible) and the eyelash serum. I return the set as I bought it as a set and they refund $11.66!!! So their special tubing mascara is only $11.66 and they didn’t even give me the refund for the eyelash serum. This company is a joke! Don’t waste your money!
