!!!AVOID!!! This is a 3rd party company masquerading as an official government archive site, which they are not, charging 3 times as much to do something you can easily do yourself, and within a much longer time frame than it takes officially. (I later did it officially and it was very simple and prompt). I initially fell for it because they gave the appearance of an official government site, however they are a private company and nothing to do with the government. I quickly realised and as soon as I had, I emailed and requested a refund and was told I would receive it within 5-10 business days. 2 weeks passed and no refund. Yesterday I emailed them to inform them and they are now trying to claim they refunded me 2 weeks ago which is just a blatant lie. I have written again but by the crooked behaviour so far I'm assuming I will have to take further action. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards,
