This has been the most frustrating experience I've had with any packaging service. I ordered 200 pieces for my business at the end of November. Despite calling them twice and sending numerous emails to check on my order, I have yet to receive any response or clarification. Now that it's January, my order is still missing! I strongly advise staying away from this service!
