I placed an order on December 2nd, and now it's the 11th with no communication from them. No updates on my order, nothing! I emailed them and received no response. The only correspondence was the order confirmation email. The account on their website doesn’t provide any useful information on order tracking or updates. I’m left wondering if the item I purchased is out of stock or if I should look elsewhere. Very unhappy with the lack of communication!
