Chatham car park experience

I visited the Chatham car park on 1/12/25 and paid the correct fee at the charge machine when leaving. Three weeks later, I received a £60 fine. Navigating the appeal process was difficult, but I provided clear proof from my bank statement that I had paid. They then revised the charge to £20. To avoid further stress, I reluctantly paid, even though I was in the right. Dealing with this company has been unpleasant, and after reading many similar negative reviews, it seems this is their usual practice. I’m not alone in feeling cheated.
