We received a penalty letter from this people with a charge of £100. We appealed showing evidence that we paid. They answered by offering a settlement offer of £20, which we are not going to pay.
They are members of the British Parking Association, who say in their website "We are a not-for-profit association". If they keep harassing we'll contact them to file a complaint as one of their members is scamming people.
My son, who is covered to drive my vehicle, parked at an indoor football facility and entered his information into the machine. Later, I received a parking charge of £60, which I paid. I was not aware that there was a malfunction with their equipment that led to incorrect fines for everyone who parked there. When I reached out to the support team to report the issue, they informed me that since I had already paid, there was nothing they could do and would not consider issuing a refund, despite the fault being with their equipment. Quite disappointing.

Very frustrating.
I visited the Chatham car park on 1/12/25 and paid the correct fee at the charge machine when leaving. Three weeks later, I received a £60 fine. Navigating the appeal process was difficult, but I provided clear proof from my bank statement that I had paid. They then revised the charge to £20. To avoid further stress, I reluctantly paid, even though I was in the right. Dealing with this company has been unpleasant, and after reading many similar negative reviews, it seems this is their usual practice. I’m not alone in feeling cheated.
I purchased and displayed a ticket for £2.00 at the outlet, moved my car a short distance to collect a large item, and received a £60 fine for not having a ticket. Despite showing my purchased ticket, they insisted I didn’t buy it and claimed it was for a different car park. There are no barriers, and you can enter all areas freely. A full day charge is £12, so £60 feels excessive and, in my view, extortionate. There’s no contact number, so I’m stuck emailing for support, and asking the outlet for help yields no results.
I appealed a parking charge, providing evidence of their message confirming my payment, but they responded with a temporarily reduced penalty (£20 instead of £100). Based on my experience, they appear to be scammers who make no effort to rectify their own mistakes. Thankfully, I won't be intimidated. I’m not paying anything and will pursue this further. If you must use their facilities, I recommend recording your payment and entry of your vehicle's registration number.
I mistakenly received a parking charge of £60 after parking in a facility. I emailed the support team with a bank statement (with my personal details removed) along with a complaint letter and photos of the charge. Despite providing proof of payment and informing them that it was their mistake, I received another letter stating I now owed £100. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I won't be parking there again.
Be cautious when using the parking at the outlet, as my parking was not registered even though I used their machines. The support team failed to notify me and only sent a final notice, ensuring I was outside the dispute period. Very disappointing.
