Incorrect charge received

I mistakenly received a parking charge of £60 after parking in a facility. I emailed the support team with a bank statement (with my personal details removed) along with a complaint letter and photos of the charge. Despite providing proof of payment and informing them that it was their mistake, I received another letter stating I now owed £100. This has been incredibly frustrating, and I won't be parking there again.
