I purchased and displayed a ticket for £2.00 at the outlet, moved my car a short distance to collect a large item, and received a £60 fine for not having a ticket. Despite showing my purchased ticket, they insisted I didn’t buy it and claimed it was for a different car park. There are no barriers, and you can enter all areas freely. A full day charge is £12, so £60 feels excessive and, in my view, extortionate. There’s no contact number, so I’m stuck emailing for support, and asking the outlet for help yields no results.
