I appealed a parking charge, providing evidence of their message confirming my payment, but they responded with a temporarily reduced penalty (£20 instead of £100). Based on my experience, they appear to be scammers who make no effort to rectify their own mistakes. Thankfully, I won't be intimidated. I’m not paying anything and will pursue this further. If you must use their facilities, I recommend recording your payment and entry of your vehicle's registration number.
