This is an awful company. Fined me £100 for parking when I had to take my son in the shopping centre to be sick I had no time to pay as he was very unwell. Appealed to them and they refused it. Appalling customer service and no compassion just money grabbers! I offered to pay what the normal charge was but this was not acceptable and they requested £100 threatening legal action. They also took a front view picture of my car with my son in the front, that is not right! Will never use this parking again, please avoid and use the multi-storey! Will also be looking to take this further and contacting citizen advice people should not be treated like this being threatened by legal action and causing undue stress. Paying the actual charge should have been accepted under these circumstances.
