I have been waiting ages for my poster. Contacted customer service three times and only had one response to say they are looking into my order. No answer by phone. This is just not good enough. You have taken my payment and failed to deliver. I would like an immediate refund. I would not recommend buying from this company at all. Give the impression they are uk based but my parcel hasn’t moved out of the Netherlands.
