The poster holder met my expectations. However, the delivery was delayed due to snow and ice. I anticipated it would be sourced locally and arrive within 2 days. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I placed my order on December 27, 2025, well before the snow, but it didn't arrive until January 10, 2026, after passing through multiple locations. This is not acceptable. I would have reconsidered my purchase if the origin had been clearly stated in the advertisement. It's unclear where it was manufactured prior to shipping.
I encountered issues with a promo code that was advertised on the item I chose. After signing up with my email to obtain the code and applying it, I was informed at checkout that it wasn't valid for that item, despite it being clearly indicated. I attempted to call the provided number for clarification but only experienced one dropped call and two others that led to a foreign language message followed by an answer-phone beep. The contact information pointed to a location in the Czech Republic, raising questions about the service's UK identity. In response to the company's reply: the webpage displayed both regular and promotional prices, and the promotional banner claimed "18% off everything." My calls were made during operational hours (around 2pm UK time), yet the English line message was not in English. On a positive note, I reached out via email, and the response was prompt, resolving the issue immediately. I will update my review once I receive the item to reflect the entire experience, including the swift email response.
I have been waiting far too long for my poster. I contacted customer service three times and received only one reply saying they are looking into my order. There has been no response via phone. This is unacceptable. My payment has been processed, but the delivery has not happened. I request an immediate refund. I cannot recommend buying from this service at all. They give the impression of being based in the UK, yet my parcel hasn’t even left the Netherlands.
I was hesitant to order from this company, but after seeing good reviews, I placed an order for some cards as a gift. The order was processed quickly, but it has been stuck in The Hague since the 26th of November without updates. I contacted the company via email and received a prompt reply apologizing for the delay and stating they reached out to the courier. However, there have been no further updates, and my concerns are growing as this is an important gift costing nearly £100. I want to recommend this company, but my experience with their support has made me reluctant to use them again. I have emailed multiple times and tried calling, but I was disconnected without speaking to anyone. I will escalate this issue to the ombudsman as it seems the customer service team is unhelpful.
Completely unacceptable; if I could give 0 stars, I would. It was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of November, but the tracking has shown no updates for two weeks. I emailed and tried to call, receiving only one reply stating they contacted the courier. This is not helpful as it was meant to be a birthday gift, and now I have no posters and no refund.
