I purchased a laptop battery to replace a failing one. It's not worth the money; the new battery discharges faster than the old one. The original battery lasted about two hours when new, while this one barely lasts 20 minutes. Communication is only via email, and they make the return/refund process unnecessarily complicated. Avoid at all costs!
