Every person I dealt with was very helpful and polite from the initial call to (Amy) to report power cut to the amazing engineers / teams that came to fix the issue
The response time was impressive . One engineer arrived within 40minutes to investigate if issue was inside property or outside and it turned out to be outside so he reported to another team who arrived promptly the job turned out to big a much bigger problem which obviously took some time to rectify but that’s not their fault the guys were so helpful, polite and considerate. They did a great job and it was much appreciated.
I was kept informed and updated by all concerned throughout the whole time which was very reassuring.
