I had a power outage on a Sunday. After calling them it turned out i only had 150v coming into the house. At 6pm the crew came and staryed digging found the damaged cable, by 10pm i was back up and running. Had to wait until Thursday for the hold to be filled but qas so impresses with how quickly they came out to sort the issue.
