I've called numerous times as these outages are damaging our appliances. The surges have ruined our smart meter and caused issues with our freezer and soundbar. Despite seeking updates, I've been offered to join a forum for £100 instead of addressing the problems. If they cared, they wouldn't need a forum to improve. Communication has been lacking, and we often find ourselves in the dark due to their incompetence.
