I specifically highlight the management team when I say that this service is deeply disappointing. My area has faced over seventy power cuts since 2020, with alarming frequency in recent months. These outages are damaging appliances, and I’ve called many times for updates. Instead of addressing the issues, I was offered to join a forum for £100. If they cared, they wouldn't need this forum. Communication has been non-existent, leaving us in the dark due to their failures. I'm currently experiencing yet another outage.
