I ordered an age-restricted item on back order on Friday the 21/11 and submitted my ID the same day. I called on Monday to confirm they had received my ID, and a representative assured me they had. I was informed it would be dispatched the same day. By Wednesday, I hadn't received the item or any updates, so I emailed the representative. After not hearing back, I called and left a text on Friday. By Monday, I still hadn’t received a response, so I called again and spoke to the representative, who confirmed the order should have been sent and he would check with the warehouse. By Wednesday, the item arrived in good condition. The takeaway is to be patient; they are a family-run business that handles a large volume of orders, especially during busy seasons. I found the representative to be polite and helpful when I could reach him.
