If they want to avoid negative feedback, they should consider being more accommodating to customers instead of trying to remove reviews through dishonest means, which doesn't reflect well on their business. My previous review already showed their lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and this new review further demonstrates their willingness to be dishonest.
