I shared a negative review after a very unsatisfactory experience with this service, and now they have reported me as a fake reviewer. If the goal is to avoid negative feedback, I suggest they start being more accommodating to their customers instead of resorting to dishonesty to remove reviews, which ultimately reflects poorly on the business. My previous review highlights their lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and this new review illustrates how they are willing to be dishonest. I have proof that I am a genuine customer and expect my original review to be reinstated shortly.

If they want to avoid negative feedback, they should consider being more accommodating to customers instead of trying to remove reviews through dishonest means, which doesn't reflect well on their business. My previous review already showed their lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and this new review further demonstrates their willingness to be dishonest. From beginning to end, the process of working with the team has been outstanding. From receiving the quote to finalizing dates and timelines, everything has gone smoothly. They even mentioned that the work could be completed ahead of schedule, and it was. I’ve reached out several times with questions to ensure I understood everything, and they have always been incredibly helpful. The quality of work was excellent, and despite some challenges, they found solutions without excessive costs. Although the work was messy, I was impressed by how well they cleaned up afterward. When replacing the carpet, they noticed an irregular piece (which was already there) but wanted to ensure they hadn’t caused any damage. One team member even worked late to keep things on track. I would definitely recommend them for any projects you have. If you hire them, be sure to have plenty of drinks on hand. Thank you for all your assistance and patience!
The extension was completed from start to finish in just over 7 weeks. I am really pleased with the result. The roof lantern is stunning, the underfloor heating is perfect, and the kitchen turned out great. The project manager is also coordinating the landscaping for me once the weather improves. I cannot recommend them highly enough and have already referred them for two additional large projects through neighbors!
