If the goal is to avoid negative feedback, I suggest they start being more accommodating to their customers instead of resorting to dishonesty to remove reviews, which ultimately reflects poorly on the business. My previous review highlights their lack of concern for customer satisfaction, and this new review illustrates how they are willing to be dishonest.
