When I got stuck on a particular problem setting up (probably of my own making by pressing the wrong button), I sought help from the UKS team online, then we progressed to phone - and, I have to say, they thought it through,got working on the solution and came up with an answer. When I had a doubt I asked again, and got a call back, and in no time it was sorted. I really think the UKS team (particularly Paul!) are super - technical but straightforward, so people like me (who aren't v technical) can a) feel confidant and b) feel "looked after" and not "down on".
