Really good experience. Friendly, courteous and efficient from the outset. All staff including technical staff do their best to bring the process to a level the user can understand. Customer service at its best. I would highly recommend this company

When I got stuck on a particular problem setting up (probably of my own making by pressing the wrong button), I sought help from the UKS team online, then we progressed to phone - and, I have to say, they thought it through,got working on the solution and came up with an answer. When I had a doubt I asked again, and got a call back, and in no time it was sorted. I really think the UKS team (particularly Paul!) are super - technical but straightforward, so people like me (who aren't v technical) can a) feel confidant and b) feel "looked after" and not "down on". Really good service. Everything works well, and am delighted. Long may it last!
I have really appreciated the customer service/support. Always very prompt and helpful...although I have not had any need for support past the installation! I wish there was something that could be done about the Channel 4 and 5 apps. It's frustrating not being able to get these...but oh well, it just leaves me with 5000++ other things to watch instead! haha
