I recently visited the Manchester clinic for a Lipoma and Cyst removal procedure. Parking was conveniently located directly behind the clinic (first two hours free at the time of this review). On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and before long, I was invited into an office where Dr. Dimitris checked some details with me, before we went into the operating room. Before starting, the staff ensured that I was comfortable and settled; the room was presented in a clean and tidy manner and, was of a pleasant temperature. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Dimitris kept me updated as to what he going to do next, before proceeding; I found the entire procedure to be a pain-free and almost relaxing experience. At the conclusion of the procedure, I met again with Dr. Dimitris in the office, and he took the time to explain the post-procedure care protocol to me.Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Manchester clinic and, my thanks go to all the staff who looked after me, in such a caring and professional manner, thank you.
