I had to leave 1 star because there wasn't an option to leave 0! I was unable to find how to return an unwanted item so had to contact them directly. Several days later I did receive a response, further adding delays to the return terms and conditions. They accepted my return and I am still waiting for refund. I have contacted several times experiencing delays in responses. A poorly written email told me a didn't qualify for a return. I am still awaiting a response to a formal complaint. A curt response was received referring me to their previous email. They have my item and my money. Appalling customer service. Don't buy from this company.
