Prior to that, they quickly replied to every email, even offering me a discount code for future purchases. However, once I raised the issue of the incorrect refund, communication ceased. It’s not just about the amount — it’s a matter of principle. If an order is cancelled, a full refund should be issued. I shouldn’t have to chase a company for money they owe me. I’m now waiting for the payment service to resolve this, but I’m very disappointed in how the company handled this.
