I ordered a T-shirt and immediately after completing the payment, I realized I had chosen the wrong size (Medium). I sought a phone number to request a size change to XXL, but unfortunately, the company only provided a customer service email address.
I promptly sent an email to customer support (around 3 minutes after placing the order), asking to change the size from M to XXL. It’s worth noting that the T-shirt was customized with a name and number, so the order shouldn't have been processed right away.
About an hour later, I received a response stating it was “too late” to modify my order. Consequently, I was stuck with the wrong size that I had already paid for (£55 + next-day delivery). Due to the support team’s unwillingness to even look into my request, I had to place a second order for the correct size.
In summary:
Customer service is lacking and quite unprofessional. I highly recommend verifying your order before payment, as even a small error will not be addressed.
