This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I placed an order on 28 January 2026 for a concept rugby shirt intended as a 40th birthday present for a colleague. The website states that these shirts are normally dispatched within 10–14 days, or up to 28 days during peak periods.
It is now 14 March 2026, 45 days later, and the item has still not been delivered.
What makes this even worse is that I was upsold and charged for express courier delivery, only to later be told that express delivery does not actually apply to the item I purchased. Selling an upgrade that cannot be used is completely misleading.
Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. I have repeatedly chased updates:
4 February – Requested delivery ETA
12 February – Requested update and asked for the complaints procedure
13 February – Requested complaints procedure again
25 February – Escalated complaint and requested refund of the delivery charge
7 March – Still chasing for an update
Despite these repeated requests, no complaints procedure has ever been provided and my complaint was not even acknowledged.
The birthday the item was intended for has long passed, the order still hasn’t arrived, and the only reason I ever received any response at all was because I kept chasing them.
Delays can happen. What is unacceptable is misleading customers about delivery upgrades, ignoring complaints, and failing to communicate properly for weeks.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
