I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with UK Soccer Shop.
In December 2025, I returned four soccer shirts (each costing $75) to exchange for a smaller size. I paid extra to ship them back expedited with full tracking, and the tracking confirms that they successfully received all four items.
Since then, I have:
Sent at least 5 emails
Requested updates and confirmation
Asked for either replacement shirts or a refund
I have received zero response.
At this point, they have my returned merchandise and my money, and have made no effort to communicate or resolve the issue.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly caution others before purchasing from this company. Until they resolve this matter, I cannot recommend them.
