My experience with this service has been just as disappointing as it was seven months ago. We keep receiving a LOW SOC REMINDER message. My partner has reached out three times, and out of frustration, I took a day off work to call them myself. I spoke with a representative who assured me he would resolve the issue. This company is a joke; it's clear they lack understanding of after-sales customer service. I returned home to find the same message again. Do not engage with this company. They promise much but neglect support once they've taken your money. I deeply regret choosing this service for my solar panel installation. If I could, I would give a negative star rating.
