UK Solar Experts did a great job for us from start to finish. Their initial quotation process was very quick and efficient, and the price was very competitive. The team in the office were very responsive and easy to get hold of. Bethany and Dylan were particularly helpful and knowledgeable. The installation of our Givenergy battery was booked in very quickly, and they kept to their schedule. However there were some teething problems with the installation with regard to it running smoothly with our existing solar panels and inverter, but UK Solar dealt with this very well. Despite us being about 200 miles from their head office, Guy their engineer/electrician, returned on four different ocassions to fine tune the setup, and resolve some teething problems. Guy was excellent and always kept us informed of his arrival time and while on site he kept up to date on the issues and liaised closely with his head office and the team at Givenergy to ensure he was optimising our system. The installation did take longer than anticipated due to a number of unforseen factors, but we now have an excellent battery backup system at a great price. An added bonus, and one of the reasons we chose UK Solar Experts and the Givenergy battery is the long guarantee - 12 years of peace of mind.
