I’m genuinely shocked by how poor the service is. I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I purchased a device from a local seller to avoid paying full price upfront. Upon activation, I faced several issues. The service required a new account transfer, but my old account had an outstanding balance. I tried multiple cards, but none were accepted, leading to repeated errors. After waiting six to seven days for support, they cleared the balance and allowed the transfer, but the same error persisted. I suggested using the old account with a name change, but was told that was impossible without first transferring the device. I felt trapped with no solution. The support was unhelpful and slow, and the network performance was mediocre. I do not recommend this service at all. It's unreliable, the support is slow, and they offer no assistance when you’re in a bind.
