I had a 2 month offer of 80% discount after £10 gb plan ended. I took the offer up same day, to find out the discount hadn't been applied.
I was told they'd add a courtesy credit for one month as they were no record of being offered the discount, despite me sending the screenshots to prove it.
Starlink support gets worse every time I deal with them. I'd attached the screenshots here, but I couldn't upload them here.
The installation of the dish was handled by a skilled technician responsible for the area from around Newmarket to Wisbech. His work was meticulous, incredibly neat, and he was very considerate of my preferences. He demonstrated excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend his services as a subcontractor.

I’m genuinely shocked by how poor the service is. I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I purchased a device from a local seller to avoid paying full price upfront. Upon activation, I faced several issues. The service required a new account transfer, but my old account had an outstanding balance. I tried multiple cards, but none were accepted, leading to repeated errors. After waiting six to seven days for support, they cleared the balance and allowed the transfer, but the same error persisted. I suggested using the old account with a name change, but was told that was impossible without first transferring the device. I felt trapped with no solution. The support was unhelpful and slow, and the network performance was mediocre. I do not recommend this service at all. It's unreliable, the support is slow, and they offer no assistance when you’re in a bind.
It seems like Starlink either works exceptionally well or not at all, based on reviews! Currently, I'm on the positive side. Living in a remote area with poor mobile signal and limited internet options, I decided to try it out. I experienced download speeds between 75 to 300 Mbps with minimal outages. My main concern was for WiFi calling and video calls, but the latency has been good, and the video quality has improved significantly. While the service isn't cheap, the equipment seems solid, and the speeds are impressive for such a remote location. I hope this continues!
During the initial 30-day trial, I had reasonable expectations given my remote location. However, when it rained, I lost internet access. After opening a ticket, I was told I could cancel for free due to unsatisfactory speeds. Weeks later, £274.08 was withdrawn from my account without my consent for cancellation. Now, they are ignoring my inquiries and say phone calls are against policy. I feel like a victim of fraud, so please avoid this service at all costs.
In the first month, I experienced two malfunctions on the service side. I received apologies and a new wire once, but after returning the device within my 30-day right, I still haven't received a refund. I've been waiting for about a month now.
I signed up, but the delivery went to the wrong address. There’s no way to call anyone; all communication is through tickets. I was told to change my address online and contact the courier myself. They seem to ignore my messages. After several days without a reply, I’m considering canceling. If they struggle with onboarding new clients, I worry about future issues. The service has been dreadful, and they appear indifferent to these complaints.
