After opening a ticket, I was told I could cancel for free due to unsatisfactory speeds. Weeks later, £274.08 was withdrawn from my account without my consent for cancellation. Now, they are ignoring my inquiries and say phone calls are against policy. I feel like a victim of fraud, so please avoid this service at all costs.
