There is a homeless individual residing in the laundry room, and despite informing management about this issue since September 2025, no action has been taken. A £20 charge for heating is included in the rent, yet the heating has not worked since October 2025. The bathrooms require significant upgrades, and management has claimed they would be replaced for the past two years without any action. The photos do not accurately represent the condition of the accommodation.
