Terrible student housing; I would advise anyone to stay away from this location. There is a homeless individual residing in the laundry room, and despite informing management about this issue since September 2025, no action has been taken. A £20 charge for heating is included in the rent, yet the heating has not worked since October 2025. The bathrooms require significant upgrades, and management has claimed they would be replaced for the past two years without any action. The photos do not accurately represent the condition of the accommodation.
The worst company to live with. There is excessive mould in our house, and it has become a health concern. I fell ill before leaving for the holidays due to the mould in my room, as did my housemates. After numerous complaints, only one room was addressed, leaving the others neglected. Communication with the management has been nonexistent, and I fear returning after the holidays will mean enduring unliveable conditions. We've involved environmental health and legal representatives, yet nothing changes. This experience has severely impacted my university life. Please avoid this company!

This company should be avoided. They are extremely unhelpful and seem to prefer ignoring issues rather than resolving them. Outdoor spaces are in poor condition. Our toilet had issues, and while some repairs were made, many remain. Dampness has returned in several rooms, and despite complaints, no one followed up after a formal complaint. The advertised fast wifi is anything but, disrupting my university work.
