I have sent multiple emails previously, but the situation has become absurd. Since moving in, we've encountered numerous issues with no improvements. Mould was present from the start, and despite assurances, it remains unaddressed. We waited a month for a sofa that was promised. Two other rooms also have severe mould, prompting me to contact environmental health. Living here is unbearable; we pay a significant amount for this house, yet nothing is resolved. Our property manager has been unhelpful, and I’m leaving soon with ongoing issues. It’s frustrating, and I refuse to delete reviews as others deserve to know.
