I felt the entire web page was misleading. A £3.99 delivery charge was applied after I pressed to pay (for a tiny light envelope). When the whitening strips were received I compared them to Crest whitening strip images on the website and the quality looked inferior so I will be returning them. The customer service assistant was incredibly rude and called me a liar and was incredibly unprofessional. Stick to trusted businesses for something as important as teeth
