I ordered a whitening pen three weeks ago and have received no updates from the company! They charged my account immediately, but I still haven't received my items. Based on the reviews I've seen, it appears I may have been scammed. 😡 I strongly recommend avoiding this seller!

My order never showed up and the customer service has been unhelpful at best. It seems to be a company based overseas, and I regret not checking the reviews beforehand! My parcel was delivered to the wrong address, and after contacting the postal service, they confirmed it was their mistake. I provided the company with an email from the postal service with my case number, but they claimed it wasn't sufficient proof! No order, no refund, and no assistance.
I placed my order with the company on 27/08/2025, paying €66.58, and as of today (29/09/2025) I still haven't received it. I reached out to customer support on WhatsApp shortly after ordering but received little help. They sent me a tracking link which showed no updates, and after multiple messages, they claimed it was in transit to my local post office. I never received the package, and despite many attempts to contact them, I have had no response. It's been over a month, and the lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. I just want my items sent to me without further delay.
My parcel is missing. The company claims it was left in a safe place, but no delivery attempt was made. When I contacted customer service, they sent me a form to fill out for a refund, but then said I needed to file a police report for the missing parcel. I genuinely feel this company is trying to scam customers, hoping most won't report it. I'm now £60 out of pocket with no product. I do not recommend!
